10 Amazon Fitness Must Haves

1. Water Bottle

I love a neutral water bottle, but more importantly this one has the straw option AND the open spout. The handle makes it nice to carry around, and it’s the perfect size!

I don’t know about you but there’s something about a new, cute matching set that makes a workout feel a little bit more enjoyable. Amazon has tons of them, but I love the longer length on this bra and the color options!

3. Sweat Towels

Sure, the gym has sweat towels, but I would prefer having some for home as well and these ones are good quality and look nice too!

4. AirPods

AirPods or some sort of headphones go without say, but my tip here is that AirPods don’t gather your sweat like the over-ear headphones do. Much more comfortable than the bulky ones I see!

5. Workout Shoes

Okay, I don’t have these yet but I want them! I love the neutral look, and wouldn’t mind them in black and white too. 🙂 If you have them already, let me know if you approve!

6. Good Socks

Good socks go a long way. I like the long sock look, and they are less likely to fall down as you workout. Some compression is helpful for blood flow!

7. Hair Clips or Ties

My gym girls, I know you love these. Such an easy way to throw your hair up, and they are so cute!

8. Weight Set

This weight set has 100% gotten its use from us over the years. We’ve had to buy two sets of bigger dumbbells, 35’s and 40’s, for Jordan but I use these for every home workout. If we had the space, I would rather have the parallel rack but this is great for our little garage gym.

9. Yoga Mat

Having a yoga mat is a must. Even if you don’t plan on doing any yoga, these are a lifesaver for core workouts and stretches. I have the Alo Yoga mat but this is the cutest Amazon one and will probably be my next purchase for the garage.

10. Foam Roller

You MUST take care of your body with rolling and stretching after a workout! We stretch most nights and roll a couple times a week. Honestly, we could do more. It’s so important to keep your muscles loose to prevent injury and stiffness. Highly recommend this!
