I’m a mama of two, chemistry professor, integrative nutrition coach, and integrative & functional nutrition PhD student.
I started this blog as a place to compile everything I’m learning into helpful posts that can benefit anyone on a similar path. Whether you are trying to live a healthier lifestyle, build the perfect skincare routine, or focus on your mental health – I plan to cover it all with the help of science, research, and a latte in hand. Earned my B.S. in biochemistry from csulb in 2018.
Earned my M.s. in biochemistry from csulb in 2021.
Now teaching chemistry at a community college.
Obtained my integrative nutrition coach certification
currently working on my PhD in Integrative and Functional Nutrition

When eating out: Sushi, pizza, ramen. At home: A good salad, any breakfast plate, a healthy bowl of protein and veggies.
