Meet your coach

Hi, Jamie here.

I'm excited to follow my passion for nutrition and share it with the world. When I earned my masters degree in biochemistry, I became obsessed with the pathways that underly human health. Everything is interconnected, and what we eat provides the building blocks.

I'm now a certified Integrative Nutrition Coach and currently pursuing my PhD in Integrative and Functional Nutrition. My favorite topic is the gut microbiome and it's connection to mental health, cognition, and overall vitality.

I take a Full-Bodied approach (hence the name *wink*) because true health is not just about food. Your environment, your past, your mental health, your sleep patterns, your stress levels, etc. - it all lays the foundation of who you are. When we make intentional, sustainable changes across these areas, you start to feel better, think more clearly, and show up more fully in your life.

I'm here to help you untangle the confusing space of nutrition, identify your blockers, and reach your goals - one sip at a time.

In this introductory program we will dive into your health history, identify patterns and health beliefs, and work together to re-learn what health and nutrition is. We will explore accountability, evidence-based habit formation, and create small changes toward the best version of you. The goal is to feel your best, so you can do and be your best, and the rest will follow.
